I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The Heavenly Suite was amazing with a lovely kitchenette and a nice sunken tub. The rooms were beautifully updated with comfortable queen size beds, nice linens, and pillows, making for a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The service was exceptional with very, very friendly and helpful staff, especially during the night hours. The location couldn't have been better, situated in a quaint town at the south end of the lake, offering easy access to skiing at Heavenly and fantastic dining and entertainment options within a short walk. The only downside was an unexpected additional charge of $32 without prior notice. The dining experience was pleasant in the morning, although the menu options were somewhat limited. Overall, the hotel's facilities were great, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The hotel rooms were very nice and comfortable, ideal after a day of boarding. However, they are a little small and not wheelchair-friendly due to high appliances.
Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience. The rooms were beautifully clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable, long stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to downtown and a private beach just a short walk away. Overall, a great value for the money.
